The Cesta light started life as an abandoned opal globe, found by designer Miguel MilĆ” as he strolled the streets of 1960ās Barcelona. He designed a custom ācestaā, Spanish for basket, formed of steam-bent cherry wood to hold the fragile piece.///Description
Designed to be used as a table or floor light, the lamp comprises a frosted opal globe and wood frame with carry handle and four legs. The cherry wood frame is crafted by hand, using traditional steam bending techniques to ensure a sturdy yet elegantly curved profile.
