Created by Jean Prouvé in 1951, the Fauteuil Direction displays the French engineer's distinctive design vocabulary. The dining armchair is understated yet full of character, thanks to its ample cushions and oiled solid wood armrests.
A wide choice of material combinations makes the Fauteuil Direction chairs an ideal choice for residential interiors. They are also suitable for use in commercial environments, including lobbies, waiting areas and restaurants.
Materials
Seat and backrest: polyurethane filling; cover in fabric or leather. Armrests: solid wood with oiled finish; natural oak, smoked oak or American walnut. Base: bent sheet steel and tubular steel, powder-coated (smooth).
Fitted with glides for carpet. Glides for hard floors available upon request.
