The Mayday has become an iconic design with its cone diffuser and multi-utility handle.Ā The light source is protected from atmospheric agents by a transparent airtight capsule made from sealed polymethyl methacrylate with an elastomer gasket that helps achieve a protection rating of IP 65. As no glue is used in the assembly process, Mayday is easy to dismantle so that every part can be properly recycled.
