With this design, Piet Hein Eek has expanded his Scrapwood storage series. Like its predecessor the Classic cupboard, the Two door cupboard transforms recycled wood into a unique and decorative storage solution.///Description
The 2 door cupboard in Scrapwood features two internal sections fitted with shelves and drawers. The cabinet surfaces are produced without a lacquer finish for an honest expression of the wood’s natural texture.
Each piece of Scrapwood furniture is meticulously crafted in Piet Hein Eek’s studio using traditional wood-working techniques. Their aesthetic and colour palette is dependant on the materials available at the time.
